How to update access for another contact from your site

If you have the required access that allows you to update a Contact's MTA Hub access, please proceed with the following steps.

Log into MTA Hub by entering your email address and password.



Browse to Update Contact access web page.


Click on the arrow icon on the row of the Contact whose access will be updated for MTA Hub. Select one of the following.
  • No access
  • Restricted access: This level grants them the ability to manage account details and book events.
  • Total access: In addition to restricted level access, Total access provide the ability to alter MTA Hub access rights.


Once an access is selected the following will appear. Click continue.

How to reset your password if you have forgotten your password

In the Sign In web page, click on Forgot your password?

 
Enter in your email address that you use to sign into MTA Hub and click on Send verification code


An email will be sent to your email address with a verification code. Copy the verification code received.


Paste the copied verification code and click Verify code.


Click  Continue.


Enter a new password and re-enter the password. Click Continue.


Sign in using your new password.


Once the sign up process has completed you will be signed into the MTA Hub.

How to sign into MTA Hub

Browse to the Sign in web page and enter your email address and password. Click on Sign in.


Once signed in, you should see your name appear on the right hand side.
